| The
Wiltshire Smokehouse is one of the few remaining Smokehouses
still using age old methods to cure and smoke only the finest
quality foods for you to enjoy.
Wherever
possible only local fresh produce is used to create our succulent
gourmet delights, apart from the salmon which is sourced from
the clear waters off Scotland's west coast.
We
use only Oak sawdust in our kilns and take a long time to
smoke our products, up to 16 hours for a side of salmon.
The
Smokehouse was established in 1994 and we have recently been
awarded two Bronze and Silver medals at the prestigious "Taste
of the West" for our smoked chicken, duck, eel and kassler
chops.
All
of our products come with a minimum 10 day shelf life giving
your versatility and peace of mind. Some may vary as to availability
throughout the year but most will be available all the time.

we can smoke anything to your requirements, please ask if
